Gas & Chemical

Many processes require the use of hazardous gases which can be flammable, toxic, or pyrophoric. Industry standards and government regulations mandate the proper storage and safe delivery of these gases to the process tools to ensure that hazards to personnel are minimized. Post process effluent gases also need to be properly treated and neutralized to meet environmental safety standards.

Spare Parts

Having spare parts on-site is a great way to ensure minimum downtime.  Request a recommended spares list upon your order for component part numbers and pricing.

For all spares inquiries, please be sure to refer to your equipment serial number so we can assist you quickly and accurately.  SDC® stocks a number of parts and if ordered before 3 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, we can ship these items the same day.
