Includes nickel based superalloy components in critical areas
1510 Series
Larger 15” diameter combustion chamber
Capable of burning up to 5 CFM H2 or H2 equivalent flammable/explosive gases and vapors
Same features and benefits as our base 610 model
Larger diameter reverse flow packed tower water column to accept the higher flows
1510-C – Chalcogen Resistant
All of the features of our base model, with added selenization and sulfurization corrosion resistance of the combustion chamber and related components
1510-HCS – High Corrosive Series
Capable of handling fluoride containing effluent gases and vapors as well as high concentration chlorides

Note: HCS model is not designed to handle chalcogen chemistries

For applications that have a higher silane or metal hydride flow
